Trans: [Statue of] Theoctenius Bassus. To Iunius Bassus, of clarissimus rank, count of the first order, vicar of the City of Rome, prefect of the CIty, judge in the imperial court of appeal, son of Iunius Bassus, of clarissimus rank, praetorian prefect for fourteen years and consul (consul ordinarius).
