Trans: To Flavius Valerius Constantinus, pious, fortunate Augustus, highest priest, holding tribunician power for the fourth time, father of the fatherland, proconsul. The city (municipium) of Thibica, devoted to his divine spirit and majesty, [set this up] by decree of the councillors, with public funds.
