Text: Imp(eratori) Caes(ari) Fl(avio) Val(erio) Constanti[io, nobilissimo]/ Caes(ari), Aurel(ius) Felicianus v(ir) p(erfectissimus), pṛạẹ[s(es) pr]ọṿị̣ṇ[c(iae)]/ Aṛabiae, numini maiestati [que e]ịus dic[a]ṭịṣsịmụṣ. Trans: To the emperor Caesar Flavius Valerius Constantius, most noble Caesar. Aurelius Felicianus, of perfectissimus rank, governor (praeses) of the province of Arabia [set this up], most devoted to his divine spirit and majesty.
