… to a man of exceptional nobility and of all virtues, but also of carefully considered justice and ... sincerity, of incomparable prudence, ..., praetorian prefect, their patron. For the many benefits brought by his provision, the people of Lepcis Magna (Lepcimagnenses) [set this up] from public funds.
