Iussione venerabili / dd(ominorum) Augg(ustorum)que nn(ostrorum), / Constanti [[et [C]onstantis]], /(4) Ceionio Italico, v(iro) c(larissimo) et consu-/lari, continentiae, integri-/tatis, patientiae, aequitatis / adque honorificentiae sin-/gulari ac praecipuo viro, /(9) statuam aeneam, ad peti-/tum suum et provinciae, or-/do coloniae Milevitanae in eo-/ro (sic) Constantinae civitatis, / ubi honorificentius erigen-/dam credidit, patrono / posuit.
Trans:
At the command of our venerable lords and Augusti, Constantius and Constans. To Ceionius Italicus, of clarissimus and consularis rank, a man singular and exceptional for his moderation, integrity, endurance, justice and honour to a remarkable and extraordinary man. The council (ordo) of the colony of Milev, at their own request and that of the province, set up [this] bronze statue to its patron in the forum of the city of Constantina, believing this to be the most honourable place to erect it.
