Trans: ... to a man of illustrious family, whose integrity and justice Africa has attested, Antonius Marcellinus, of clarissimus rank, governor (proconsul) of the province of Africa; the most splendid council (ordo) of the colony of Bulla Regia set [this] up to its patron.
