Trans: To the most provident emperor, master and lord of the world, founder of eternal peace, Diocletian, pious, fortunate, unconquered Augustus, highest priest, greatest victor over the Germanic people, greatest victor over the Persian people, holder of the trinbunician power for the seventh time, consul for the fourth time, father of the fatherland, proconsul. Septimius Valentio, of perfectissimus rank, governor (praeses) of the province of Raetia, devout to his divine spirit and majesty, by decree of the decurions (set this up).
