Ἀνίκιον Βᾶσσον / τὸν λαμπρότατον / ἀνθύπατον Καμπανίας, / δόγματι τοῦ κοινοῦ πάσης /(5) τῆς ἐπαρχείας, Οἰκουμένιος / Δωσίθεος Ἀσκληπιόδοτος / ὁ λαμπρότατος ὑπατικὸς / τῆς Κρητῶν ἐπαρχείας / ἀνέστησεν.
Trans:
Oecumenius Dositheus Asclepiodotus, the governor (consularis) of clarissimus rank of the province of the Cretans set (this) up to the senator Anicius Bassus, the governor (proconsul) of Campania, by decree of the assembly of the whole province.
