To the emperor of divine virtue, extinguisher of the faction of the tyrant, and victor, defender of his provinces and of the cities, our lord Flavius Valerius Constantinus, pious, fortunate, forever Augustus. Caius Annius Ceionius Anullinas, of clarissimus rank, legate of Numidia, [set this up], always devoted to his divine spirit and majesty.
