Trans:
To Valerius Frumentius, of perfectissimus rank, patron and protector (defensor) to [each] inhabitant of the city, who after a long period of time renewed and revived the performance of devotion; in merit of his munificence, the council and the citizens of Laurentum and Lavinium [set this up].
