Trans: (... ) being king of the Austuriani(?), to him who enhances vigour in this region, to the first as well as the only, Titus Archontius Nilus, of perfectissimus rank, governor (praeses) and count of the province of Tripolitania; the council (ordo) and people of the city (municipium) of Gigthis joyfully set [this] up to their patron.
