Γρατιανὸς μετὰ τὸ γῆμαι ἐν Ρώμῃ παρεγένετο καὶ ἑαυτὸν καὶ τὴν γαμετὴν ἐν ἀργυραῖς στήλαις εἰς ἄλλο θέαμα τῇ Ῥώμῃ προέθηκεν.

Gratian came to Rome after his marriage and presented another spectacle (theama) to Rome in the shape of silver statues (stelai) of himself and his wife. (trans. Cameron and Herrin)
