πιστὴ κυδίσ̣̣̣̣̣̣[τη Πέργη] / ἐπιχθονίο̣̣̣̣̣[ις]
Trans: The ruler of the Pamphylians and the star of his hometown, Rufus, you see, traveller, and the prince of justice. Whose glory, to East and West, the faithful and most glorious city of Perge [proclaims].
