Trans:
To Quintus, perpetual civic priest (flamen) and priest of the province. Our lords, the Flavii Valentinian, Theodosius, Arcadius and Maximus, eternal Augusti, being safe and victorious throughout the world. On account of his service on the glorious embassy, which he undertook and completed at the solemn request of the whole province, Quintus, a praiseworthy man, of priestly status, wishing to respond to him with a suitable reward, at the suggestion of the whole province and by decree of our city council (ordo), …[this] was set up at public expense.
